Our Story
Founded in 2024, we launched PRI0R1TY AI to help small businesses leverage new AI technologies that have a trackable, meaningful impact on growth.
After a successful IPO in December 2024, we became Pri0r1ty Intelligence Group (PR1), a parent company owning 100% of Pri0r1ty AI and with the vision of creating a platform to enable SMEs to scale efficiently and effectively by harnessing AI.
In July 2025 we acquired Halfspace, a 7-year old revenue driving data technology and marketing services business focused on the sports sector.
Continuing with our vertically focused product roll-out and expansion of the platform, we launched Metr1c in August 2025, a new opco focused on SMEs in the music, entertainment and lifestyle sectors.
